Where are you shipping to?

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

  Can I change the shipping date after I made an order?

• Yes. When your order has not been shipped yet, you can do so by contacting us via our contact page.

What are the shipping times?

• Local orders take 2 business days to be delivered to you.
• International orders take 10 business days to be delivered via PostNL, DPD, DHL or UPS and we ship within 2 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

What are the shipping costs?

• We offer free shipping on all orders over €50,00 within the Netherlands (free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders).
• Orders under €50,00 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country and will be calculated during checkout. 

Do you give a warranty?

• Kenani offers a 2 year warranty on all the Kenani products. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and does not apply if any damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. Refunds are available however for unused items. To make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Kenani notebook through our website and send us your provide proof of purchase.

May I return or exchange my purchase?

• Unopened products may be returned or exchanged withing 30 days since the day item was received. The return postage is for the customer in this case. The product must have been bought via www.kenani.eu and your return shipment must include your order receipt.
• For returns, please email support@kenani.eu with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We then will provide you with instructions with where to send the returned goods.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

What are the size options of the Kenani notebooks?

• The Kenani notebooks come in two different sizes: A5 and A6. 

• The dimensions of the A5 edition are 140 x 16 x 213 milímeters and are weighting 100 grams.
• The dimensions of the A6 edition are 90 x 14 x 140 milímeters and are weighting 60 grams.What is the quality of the Kenani notebooks?
